What is Smeedi™?

Smeedi is an incredibly simple way for businesses to send and receive invoices between popular accounting packages. You can upload your customer invoice to Smeedi in one format, Smeedi converts your invoices to your customer format for downloading into their accounting package – saving hours of manual data entry!

Customers don’t need to sign up to benefit from Smeedi, they will see up to 50 of your last invoices stored by Smeedi for viewing, printing, and download as PDF’s. If they want to send and receive invoices including downloading your invoices directly into their accounting package then they can sign up to Smeedi too!

How can I sign up?

Smeedi is in closed beta and registration is by invitation only. You can still receive invoices from participating suppliers, but for now you won’t be able to take full advantage of all Smeedi’s features.  We would love you to register your interest here so we can let you know when you can sign up.

What software works with Smeedi™?
